The bonus was that all their product lines -- the skin care, make-up, lipsticks, hair, dental and more --- are of exceptional quality and oh, so wonderful and effective.
The Customer Service exceeds any that I have ever experienced. The consultant literally took me under her wing, clearly identified my requirements and walked me through all the color, texture and other options. She made recommendations for my skin type, special needs and all of my preferences.

Dear Andrea, I placed my orginal order for "Personal Basics" products by calling the telephone number noted on your computer web-site and, to my delight, found myself speaking directly to you. I thoroughly enjoy our conversation and upon receiving and using your products I have become totally dedicated to your product line.

Not only do I see wonderful results, which in itself is terrific!......but your products also leave my skin, hair and all feeling so renewed and healthy......and this is great for someone who has fibromyalgia and was a teen in the 50's.

I am daily saying "Thank You" to ... my personal fibro doctor: Dr. Sanders Davis in NJ (trained by Dr. St. Armond in CA) from whom I first heard the word "Fibromyalgia" and am receiving treatment; and to you Andrea, who has through your talent and sharing, truly helped me again attain the look and feelings of feminity that I had been slowly losing.

Hi Andrea, I wanted to let you know how much I love your products! My eyelids have been very dry and flaky since July of this year. Then as you remember my eyes swelled up after having an allergic reaction to another eye gel. Well, since I received your products my eyelids are 100% cleared up! I tried all of the make up this morning and love it!...

I first used other brands until I received your products. Yours are so nourishing and perfect for my skin. The others seemed to dry my skin out. Your cleanser is very moisturizing too. I am just thrilled with your products. I still need to try the foundations and I'll let you know about that too. This is the first time I have been able to wear eyeshadow in months because of the dryness of my eyelids. Now no more!!! Thank you so much!!!

Body: Great products! especially if you need salicylate and/or fragrance free stuff. no ingredient reading w/ a fine tooth comb... these are safe, high quality cosmetics-plus hair and body and face care, even toothpaste!. I have received very prompt and helpful one on one phone customer service.
The only thing I can say is I wish the prices were lower, but I understand that they are a rather small specialty company and their stuff is great and shall I say it again? NO LABEL READING REQUiRED! YaY for P. Basics. prompt delivery too, but wonder if shipping prices could be lower , as well. watch for sales: once I bought every color of lipstick except maybe 2 or 3 because the sale was great, and we all need colors and a break!

I have fibro but most of all these 2 products (Ultra Rich Body Lotion & Hand and Body Wash) have been a blessing for my 3 children. I just want to state that after haveing 3 children in 5 years and faithfully using Andrea Rose products I do not have ONE stretch mark to prove I ever had a child!!!! There is something to say about this product!

My 5yr old daughter had very sensitive skin and loves the lotion and body wash. No need for her to have any medicated creams any longer!! My 2yr old daughter has skin so sensitive that anything you put on her burns her skin so bad she stays red and burnning for days. This is not the case with Andrea Rose products!!!! I also have a 6 month old son that is allergic to everything you can imagine and once again Andrea Rose is the only product he can use. I am so thankful that I started to use your products and found they not only help me but my family.

I also have to say I have a 3yr old Nephew that has exema so bad they were not able to find any medicated cream strong enough he could use on a daily basis due to bleeding and scratching!! Andrea Rose has once again proven to be the Best Product on the market for all these types of skin conditions and has resolved all our familys skin problems. Tip from my husband's aunt - keep your make-up case loaded all the time, and when a trip comes up, you are ready to go! Thanks for developing the travel size refillable skin care basics - that helps me. Also, my son says the moisture cream is the best he has ever tried, which includes that from the dermatologist - he has had a great deal of trouble with his skin and used medicine that really dries his skin out.

Very helpful. These products are great just as they are, but the kicker with certain sensitivities and/or on on the guaifenisen protocol. When calling for customer service I have more often than not, spoken with Andrea Rose herself. She was most courteous and helpful. I recommend this company. I have bought toner, face cream, lipstick , lip pencils and gloss. toothpaste, and the shampoo and conditioner. I feel confident using these products. I can relax from the vigilant ingredient reading and trust that the products will be great AND sal-frag free. I would like a lower price, but I understand this is a relatively smaller company providing an invaluable service.

Comments: I have found the brown shadow to be somewhat dark for me, so I am going to mix some vanilla with it and achieve the color I prefer. I have looked at other websties and the cosmetic sections seem far less in quality to yours. All of the products I have ordered from you I really love. I am very sensitive and sometimes it was shear misery using what I had bought at Wal-Mart. In the end I spent more money trying to find something that would not make me sick. I also wear lipstick now!! Before all lipsticks had so much fragrance that I just could not wear it. These products are absolutely the best I have ever tried! If you are a Fibro-Girl this is the place for you. And even if you just have super sensitive skin, please, please try these products. I have spent 10 years with skin that used to be good, to skin that was so easily irritated by everything, I could even tell when the chlorine in our water was a bit higher that day. The first day I used the products I loved them and it only got better from there. My skin finally felt and looked soothed, and it began to heal immediately. Andrea Rose (God put her here for a reason!) was the nicest, most caring person ever. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about Fibro. I just wanted to thank you for creating such great products. One of the hardest things for me about the guaifenesin protocol was letting go of all my favorite cosmetics. I was a real "product person" and if a cosmetic company advertised that their newest product would improve my looks, I was gullible enough to buy it! This was, I'm sure, one of the reasons I got fibromyalgia in the first place - my body couldn't handle any more botanicals and so- called "natural" ingredients.

The products that most excite me in your line are the lipsticks. Before I heard about you, I was using the "eight hour" L'Oreal lipsticks, which don't have any castor oil. What a joke! Maybe they'd last eight hours if you didn't talk, drink, or move your mouth in any way for eight hours! Your lipsticks are amazing. They last forever! I can't remember ever using a lipstick that went on so smoothly or lasted as long. And, the lip pencils are also terrific.

Hello Andrea, Just wanted to let you know I received my order from you yesterday. Thanks for getting it to me so quickly, especially in light of what has been going on in your part of the country. Hope things have settled down. I just love all of my new products from you and you can count on me to be a lifetime customer. I have been on the guai for one month now and am cycling high on guai!! It was so difficult for me to give up my wonderful collection of Christian Dior lipsticks and I had a good cry in the process. However, I am very pleased with your lipsticks once I get used to the feeling (heavier lipstick). I like the way they stay on. For the first time in my life, I now have an eye cream that does not make me cry and suffer with red eyes. Dear Andrea,
For the past five plus years, I have suffered with dandruff due to dry scalp. I have tried everything on the market, all to no avail. About a week ago I was introduced to your line of skin care and I began using your Conditioner. I really didn't expect to see any difference in my scalp, since nothing else had worked. However, after only about four or five days of using the conditioner each night, I noticed a big difference. For one thing, I didn't have to brush my shoulders off all the time to rid my clothes of the embarrassing dandruff! The real proof came one night, while I was shampooing. I could no longer feel rough patches all over my scalp.

I have waited over two weeks before writing this letter to you, because, quite frankly, I could not believe that your Conditioner would cure a problem I have lived with for a very long time. I can now attest to the fact that IT DID. . . CURE THE PROBLEM.

I am so pleased with the facial products. My skin feels the best that I can ever remember. I wear contacts, and have always had problems with eye makeup removers either irritating my eyes, or leaving a residue that affected my contacts. The eye makeup remover is fabulous. No irritation, no burning, and the area around my eyes feels softer, and I don't feel like I have to tug around the eye area to get the makeup off.

The products are gentle and pleasant. Also you lipstick is WONDERFUL..It is just the consistency that I love. I could NOT find a sal-free lipstick that I liked until I ordered your Rose Brown. I wear it with everything.

I used Clinique products exclusively for years and was aghast to learn that I would have to sacrifice most of them when I started taking guafenisin for treatment of fibromyalgia. What a treat my first experience with Andrea Rose products was! The cleansing lotion really works (to my surprise - I'm an old soap-and-water girl). The moisturizer is luxurious and effective. It even works on sunburn! I have had no allergic reactions and friends tell me my skin has never looked better!

You have another satisfied customer, this time in Sydney, Australia. Thank you very much for sending my order so quickly. I received it in a week. Your lipsticks and lipgloss are just so nice that now I'm really mad that I've wasted my money all these years on commercial lipsticks. It's wonderful to be able to wear lipstick without that horrible grittiness and perfumes! The perfumes put me off lipstick in the first place. But not yours. Yours are just fantastic. I can't thank you enough for making them.

Do you take requests?? I have a little request. I love your lip gloss but I personally prefer the little chapstick type tubes that you turn on the bottom to advance. I lived off chapstick before I went guai, and giving it up was the most depressing thing I've had to do in ages. I carry around little jars of Vaseline which aren't really practical. Your lipglosses are fantastic but the tube is too big to carry in my pants pocket. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to make lipgloss in the little chapstick tube.... that is my request. Andrea Rose Chapsticks. I'll beta test them for you! *laughs*

Again, thank you so much for putting out this superior product. Loreal, Almay, Revlon... eat your heart out. Your product wins hands down. No contest.

Dear Andrea Rose, Before finding your line I was practically using no makeup and Eucerin for my moisturizer. I was tired and I looked tired but I was determined that everything I put on my skin would help me win against the fibromyalgia. It was then that I called Andrea Rose and was waiting with great anticipation for the products to come. I wouldn't have to worry or wonder if there were salicylates hiding out in my products. Andrea Rose developed these awesome products and I absolutely love my new skin care products and routine. Everything feels so good on my skin and that I really look forward to my skin care time. I used to be lazy (or just too tired to care) about removing my makeup in the evening but with such good results, I look forward to it.

My skin has not been this good in years and I have used well known lines. This is the first time that I started a new skin care program and did not have the usual breakouts that have accompanied all the other changes. For years I was plagued with adult blemishes that left scaring on my jaw line. I have used Andrea Rose products for three months and am just so happy with the results. I have very dry skin and always had a problem with flakiness. I thought I would be too dry but after the first week, I discovered that my skin was more balanced. Since then my skin has continued to improve and I
have had no breakouts. The scaring has lightened considerably. I was so happy with the products right away but I thought I better not write and tell you how happy I am until I give it some time.

It has now been long enough and at this time of year it is good to count our blessing and share them with others. I am always thankful when good things (great skin) come out of bad things (fibromyalgia). I would encourage everyone, whether they have fibromyalgia or not, to try these wonderful products.

I also love the lipsticks and the lip glosses. I blend two lipsticks and use that same blend for blush. I carry the rose lip gloss with me and use it after eating out. I also finish my makeup and my night time routine with lip gloss. It makes my lips feel wonderful. I am so excited about the new tooth paste you are developing because the kid's toothpaste just doesn't cut it for me. Thank you for all your hard work on my behalf and for offering to help me with other questions that I had. The best news was when you told me I could use my petroleum jelly after my shower. I was celebrating when I hung up!

I would like to thank you for the help you gave me last week; with my order and with advice. You were the first person to give me the kind of encouragement I needed to go through with the Guai treatment. I resigned from my position at Clinique and will be placed in another department by next week...that was so hard because I love working with women in cosmetics as I am sure you are also. I am letting everyone who I work worth know about your company so that if they meet a woman with our salicylate free needs they will know where to refer her.

This is a terrifying journey and I still feel a bit lost, but I am going in the right direction and I have you to thank....if only I knew the best way to have everyone else around me understand this...family and friends do not understand-I was even turned away by a therapist this week who told me that "I was very complicated.....I should go to someone who understands fibromyalgia...." I had to write to let you know how much your salicylate-free cleansing lotion and toner have done for me. Prior to beginning their use about 1 1/2 years ago, my face was oily in several spots, overly dry in others, and I suffered from mild to moderate acne virtually all the time. Although I saw a top-rated dermatologist on a regular basis and diligently used the topical medications she prescribed, my break-outs continued. I learned of your skin care line because I suffer from fibromyalgia for which I follow a treatment protocol which requires that I avoid salicylates in all products I used topically. While I was pleased to learn that I could use your products without fear of salicylates content, I never dreamed they would improve my complexion.

My dermatologist noticed the improvement and was impressed. I am thrilled to have clear skin after so many years of dealing with the embarrassment of acne. I still use the same topical antibiotic and cover-up drying lotion prescribed by my dermatologist that I always did, but the addition of your cleanser and toner have evened out the moisture content of my skin and virtually eliminated breakouts I wash with the cleansing lotion twice a day and the toner at least once a day. If my face becomes sweaty during the day and I don't have time to wash it, I simply moisten a cotton square or two with the toner and wipe my face. I love the clean and tingling feeling I get after using it.

I am writing to you to let you know how wonderful your skin care products are to use. First I must let you know that I have fibromyalgia myself. I am a practicing Physician Assistant in Rapid City, SD. I started Dr. St. Amand's guaifenesin therapy one year ago. When I had been on the medication four days, I stopped aching. I didn't know how truly lousy I had felt until I started to feel better. My energy level consistently improved to the point where I was almost a "normal person."

Since beginning the guaifenesin treatment, I pretty much learned to be a very careful label reader. However in August of last year, I threw caution to the wind and used a well known brand name lotion without looking at the ingredient label. It did not even occur to me that there may possibly be a blocking substance contained in the product. Shortly after using the product, I begin to ache again. At first I could not figure out why I started to ache again. I thought perhaps my dosing of guaifenesin was not right for me. It suddenly dawned on me that I had not checked the label on the lotion. I went back and checked. Sure enough, there was a number of salicylate containing compounds listed in the product. It took me one entire week to stop aching after I stopped using the product. Needless to say, I did not do that again.

The skin care products that I have gotten from you are simply wonderful. After two weeks of continuous use, I have noticed that the fine wrinkles and crow's feet around my eyes have lessened to a significant degree. My skin has NEVER felt so soft and smooth. Several of my patients have complimented me on my complexion. At age 43, I never thought I would be getting that kind of compliment.

Because your products are guaranteed to be salicylate free, I don't have to waste a lot of energy reading labels. I myself can hardly wait until you can expand your product line further into other skin care products and cosmetics. I know that someday the name Andrea Rose will be as well known as Mary Kay. I strongly recommend your products to all my fibromyalgia patients (and I do have a number of them in my practice). The quality and safety far surpasses any other skin care product available.

I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to find "good" skin care without salicylates when I started taking guaifenesin for Fibromyalgia, and then Dr. St. Amand gave me your flyer. I ran to the little pharmacy near his office and bought the whole line the same day! My favorites are the eye cream and the toner, but they're all wonderful. I've even decided to give a box to my sister for her birthday, even though she doesn't have FM.

I understand that you did all this because you have FM and had trouble trusting the products out there to be salicylate free. Well, I for one, think you are an angel and want to thank you for all you've done to help your "Fibro-Mates!" I know everyone who uses your products will find them as delightful as I have!

I have been using your skin care products for about three weeks now. I have never had such a good experience with skin care products before! In the past I would cringe when trying new things on my face because of the horrible reactions my skin would have. My skin would burn and turn red and almost look sunburned after using new cleansers. I dared not try toner--that would really burn.
